We have partnered with Open Water, to continue kicking plastic water bottles. Open Water is a new kind of water brand, using the most recycled beverage packaging on the planet (that’s aluminum bottles and cans!) and creating a process to craft premium purified still water as locally as possible. There will also be coolers of water so you can fill your water bottles.

Brian Silvey is an Oregon guide on the Deschutes and Sandy river for steelhead and wild trout since 1985. Favorite Food: Pasta and bread Favorite Fly: Black and Blue Silvenator
Mike Loebl has been fishing and guiding for trout with a two handed fly rod in the waters around West Yellowstone MT since 2002. A BBQ master is favorite food is whatever he is smoking or grilling His favorite fly-whatever fits the conditions.
Travis Johnson loves to teach and instruct spey casting. Favorite Food: Medium Rare Prime Rib with the fixings. Favorite Fly: The Johnson’s Outlaw
Tim love of Steelhead fly fishing and spey casting has shaped most of his adult life starting with working in fly fishing retail and then progressing into management, product design, casting instruction, and travel. His love for spey casting eventually led him to competitive casting and the GGAC where he has been a regular competitor at Spey O Rama since 2011.
Tim is also the founder and designer at Bridge Fly Fishing Products and the North American sales rep for CND rods.
Alice Owsley is an outfitter on the Madison River and in Yellowstone Nat. Park She has been chasing trout and steelhead for decades.
Jennifer La Follette from Royal Treatment Fly Fishing, is an instructor that brings simplified explanations to a variety of spey skills to help breakdown your cast for optimal performance and self corrections. Favorite Fly: Muddler

Ron Walp has been running a power boat, swinging flies, and hunting the lower Deschutes River for over 50 years. He’s the friendliest person on the river who has given back to the resource and community for decades. Favororite food is a hatchery steelhead, barbecued on a cedar slab. Favorite fly is the Del Cooper developed by Mike Kennedy.
Whitney Gould is a casting instuctor and guide, who’s pass-time is “anything that includes my dogs, Mike , and watching women’s wnba and college basketball.”
Favorite Food: A soft-boiled eggs paired with European rye bread and an olive oil drizzle and sprinkled with Salt.
Jeff Hallamon tied first fly with Kevin Erickson—at Kaufmanns Fly Shop in 1990. To this day, in his retirement, he fiddles enthusiastically around with all aspects tying flies creates.
Tim Rajeff has grown up on the water and is a designer of Echo Fly Rods.
With over 25 years in product design, Brian Chou has helped shape and innovate the fly fishing world through creativity and mentorship. Known for his relatable teaching style he now works alongside Kerry Burkheimer to craft some of the finest fly rods in the world.

Jason Osborn was born and raised in Portland, Oregon, and has been fishing local rivers since he was 14. He has been guiding since 2007 and in 2017 he opend the Portland Fly Shop where he now divides him time between running the shop and guiding.
Dave Tucker is a retired outfitter, guide, fly shop owner, and a member of the Burkheimer pro staff. As a commercial fly tier and steelhead bum he honors tradition in every fly he ties and cast he makes.
Amanda Roberts - Amanda began her Steelhead journey tying flies in 2019. Creating buggy patterns that attract anadromous fish is her passion as well as a true source of joy for this mama of five.
This is a 2 hour class for beginners with little to no experience. Learn the basics of spey casting with a two handed rod from a professional in the fly-fishing industry. There will be 4 or 5 people to a class.
